Jtel Oy was foun­ded in 2021, buil­ding on Juha Hulkko’s ear­lier work as a sole proprie­tor. Jtel Oy acts as an inves­tor and owner in part­ner com­pa­nies ope­ra­ting in selec­ted busi­ness areas. Our approach is long-term, acti­ve owners­hip that builds sus­tai­nable busi­ness and crea­tes value over time. In addi­tion to capi­tal, we bring tech­no­lo­gy exper­ti­se, busi­ness deve­lop­ment capa­bi­li­ties, and networks to our port­fo­lio com­pa­nies. Strong values gui­de our res­pon­sible and trans­pa­rent ope­ra­tions.

The hol­ding period varies by port­fo­lio com­pa­ny. Our goal is to ensu­re sus­tai­nable growth and success befo­re exit.

Invest­ments

We invest in growth com­pa­nies that ope­ra­te accor­ding to the principles of sus­tai­nable deve­lop­ment. We focus especial­ly on small and medium-sized Fin­nish com­pa­nies with inter­na­tio­nal ambi­tions.

Ener­gy and sus­tai­nable fore­stry

We imple­ment new solu­tions for the ener­gy sec­tor and the res­pon­sible use of forests. Our aim is to pro­mo­te sus­tai­nable deve­lop­ment and a car­bon-neut­ral futu­re.
